Our Acro classes help with your suppleness, core strength and movement. This class includes learning lifts, jumps, tumbles, tricks and acrobatic dance routines.
Having an acro background is almost essential for any technical dancer looking to pursue a career in Dance as well as auditioning for Performing Arts full time schools and colleges. Every dance genre requires intense body control which would be essential within the Acro class.
Students who are interested in taking Acro examinations with The British Theatre Dance Association require Private Lessons with one of our Acrobatics qualified Dance Teachers.
